Pros:Supervisor is usually willing to work with you if you need time off. Schedule usually stays the same unless someone requests off, but will ask you first before a change has been made. Cons:No real cons that are not like other jobs.

Pros:You get a nice job where you can sit and watch the building and cameras. You’re alone and only need to do rounds every hour. Cons:Sometimes very hot or cold. Lots of bugs mainly flies or mosquitoes ( mainly in summer ). Night shifts are very dark so you might need a flashlight. Alarms can go off at times. Oil and water spills can happen at times.

In my experience, the STT Supervisor will listen and teach you the correct method to assist the client that you are working for. Observe and report. Maybe not always a great location, however I have gain a lot of experience.

Really easy job. If you want to work, then there is plenty of opportunities at multiple sites. The owners are great people and there is a good culture at the HQ. Pros: Good personnel all the way up the chain. Cons: Can be kind of boring sometimes.

Pros:Friendly, employee centered, organized, communicative - STT goes out of their way to ensure the satisfaction of both employees and clients. Cons:Not much to say that's negative. All businesses have their ups and downs, but STT does a great job at putting out fires as they arise.

i am doing a night time shift. and workplace culture is good because i am working at the university inside. the hardest part of the job is, the hour between 10.00p.m to 01.00a.m so that i have to write down all vehicle details.
