Employee Referral Program

Want to earn extra cash? Help us build the STT Security team with outstanding employees like yourself, and you will receive cash for successful referrals.
The referral program works like this:
- Refer a new employee that is hired and is assigned to a site for a minimum of 30 hours per week. When they complete their first week of employment, you will be rewarded $50! ($100 in California)
- Refer a new employee that is assigned to a site for a minimum of 30 hours per week and remains on staff for 90 days, and you will receive an additional $50! ($100 in California)
- Refer a new employee who is assigned to a site for a minimum of 30 hours per week and completes six months of service, you will be rewarded another $50! ($100 in California)
- Refer three or more successful recruits that complete six months of service over a one year period, and you will be placed in a company drawing to receive 1 of 3 awards valued at over $500!
Ask your supervisor for recruitment cards. A recruitment card should be turned in to your supervisor prior to the referral’s first day of work. The supervisor will turn your card in to the Human Resources department, and you’ll be entered in the program for your payment!
You can also have your referral put your name on their application and inform your supervisor so they are able to let Human Resources know about your referral.
